System design: 50,000 tons/year, 100,000 tons/year, 200,000 tons/year standard skid-mounted, multiple DiSep^® separation modules, the number and size of modules depend on the designed slurry processing capacity, operating flexibility 60%-110%, annual operation time 8400 hours.

Separation mode: The oil slurry is adsorbed by the electric field in the separation module, and the catalyst fines and metal compounds are adsorbed to achieve efficient separation.

Backwash mode: the separation module is powered off, the electric field disappears, the backwash oil enters the separation module, the adsorbed catalyst fine powder is removed, the separation capacity is reset, and the separation and backwash processes are automatically switched and cycled.

Backwash material: FCC feed, oil refining, etc. can be selected.

System control: All instruments and valves are controlled by PLC, which can communicate with the DCS of the refinery to realize the monitoring, operation, and historical trend view of the separation system.
